Amanda is an extremely passionate and enthusiastic person, who has worked within the tourism and leisure industry for the past 10 years. She has a Business Studies degree, a wealth of experience and has been a Tourism Business Adviser for over two years.
Amanda has managed some of the UK's top visitor attractions, working for leading organisations such as English Heritage and The National Trust, and more recently for Weston Park and Ryton Organic Gardens. She has been responsible for marketing a wide range of events from Classical Outdoor Concerts to the V Festival!
As a Business Adviser for Business Link, Amanda specialised in advising Tourism & Leisure Businesses and it was whilst Amanda was in this role that she realised how much businesses needed help with their Marketing & PR.
In all of Amanda's previous roles she had been responsible for Marketing and PR, but with only a very limited budget and it was this experience and creativity that businesses found priceless.
Amanda therefore decided to set up her own consultancy, helping Tourism and Leisure Businesses achieve maximum publicity for very little outlay. She now has numerous clients that she helps on an ongoing basis which include:
